1. The agreement
By downloading or using Loop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to your download, and where the two conflict on App Store matters, Apple's terms prevail.
2. Compatibility
Loop is designed exclusively for Apple devices and is distributed solely through the App Store. It requires an iPhone 16 or later, running iOS 27 or later, with Apple Intelligence enabled and supported. Loop is not available for Android, other mobile platforms, or desktop, and we do not guarantee it will work on any device that does not meet these requirements. Apple determines Apple Intelligence eligibility and language/region availability, and this may change independently of Loop.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Loop on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to build a competing product.
4. No account required
Loop works without an account. Sync uses your Apple Account and is subject to Apple's terms. Keeping your device and Apple Account secure is your responsibility, as is keeping a backup — if you use Loop without sync and lose the device, the data goes with it.
5. Loop Pro and billing
Loop Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple Account. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel it in your App Store settings; refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. Prices may change with notice, and free trials convert to paid unless cancelled first. 6. Acceptable use
Use Loop lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, circumvent purchase controls, or use it to store or generate unlawful content.
7. Not health advice
Loop helps you organise habits and plans. It is not a medical device and gives no medical, psychological, nutritional or fitness advice. Plans generated from your description are suggestions, not a clinical programme. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health, and never ignore professional advice because of something the app suggested. If a goal you describe looks unsafe, Loop will say so — but the responsibility for what you attempt remains yours.
8. Generated content
Plans, schedules and summaries produced by Apple Intelligence on your device may occasionally be wrong, unrealistic or oddly worded. Review them before relying on them. You own what you write; you keep any plan Loop drafts for you.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. If we retire something significant, we will give reasonable notice in the app and make sure your data can be exported first. Some features depend on Apple Intelligence, on iOS 27, and on the device requirements in section 2, and availability may vary by device, language and region.
10. Intellectual property
The Loop name, logo, illustrations, interface and software are ours and stay ours. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
11. Liability
Loop is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or missed goals, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting the app; cancel any subscription separately through Apple. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections of your country of residence. Questions: hello@downloadloop.app.
